The integrated technology-based overload control system consists of non-stop weighing equipment, vehicle external dimension detection equipment, license plate recognition and capture equipment, video surveillance equipment, information dissemination equipment, traffic signs, power supply and lightning protection facilities, non-stop monitoring zones and their ancillary facilities.

High-speed dynamic weighing subsystem

Composed of weighing sensors, detection coils, high-speed dynamic weighing terminals, and other equipment, it automatically detects information such as the vehicle's total weight, axle load, vehicle type, and speed.

License plate recognition subsystem

It consists of a high-definition license plate recognition unit, a light source compensation device, image recognition and detection software, etc., and automatically recognizes vehicle license plates.

Video surveillance subsystem

It consists of a PTZ camera, a hard disk recorder, etc., to realize video recording of the testing process and equipment safety monitoring.
