Intelligent verification device for key vehicles

Based on the Ministry of Public Security's (GA801) "Reducing the Number of Vehicles and Controlling Major Incidents" goals, the intelligent verification instrument for key vehicles, such as concrete mixer trucks and hazardous chemical transport vehicles, employs fully automated static high-precision 3D modeling technology to digitally archive vehicle cargo boxes, tanks, and key parameters. The equipment can automatically calculate key parameters such as cargo box dimensions, tank segment diameters, volume ratio, and wheelbase.

The system can accurately identify illegal and irregular behaviors of key vehicles (dump trucks, mixer trucks, hazardouschemical transport vehicles, buses,school buses, and tourist charter buses), eliminate risks such as "overloading withsmall labels" and illegal modifications,support the comparison of inspection notices and the investigation of accidentliability,build a solid first line of defense for road traffic safety, and improve the standardization, traceability and roadtraffic safety level of inspection.
