The Black Smoke Recognizer for Motor Vehicle Exhaust Inspection

The Black Smoke Recognizer for Motor Vehicle Exhaust Inspection is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications for Periodic Inspection of Motor Vehicle Emissions (HJ 1237—2021). By adding a black smoke vehicle identification and analysis unit to motor vehicle exhaust inspection lines, it captures and analyzes real-time images and videos taken by cameras, intelligently identifies excessive black smoke emissions from inspected vehicles, captures images and videos during the inspection process, calibrates black smoke areas, and automatically determines the Ringelmann grade. The equipment uploads relevant data and results to the motor vehicle inspection and supervision platform, which can systematically solve the difficulties in black smoke vehicle supervision, meet the requirements of the new standard for black smoke vehicle judgment, strengthen the supervision of motor vehicle exhaust pollution, standardize motor vehicle emission inspection, and improve inspection quality.
